There is one thing we look for above all else when sourcing a property: the highest potential to provide low risk returns for our Crowdfunders. The aim is to find real estate with both the potential for good income from rent and strong returns from the appreciation of the property, and therefore provide our Crowdfunders with the best possible investment over the long-term.

To do this we take in a number of factors. The first thing we think about is location, monitoring the real estate market to look for places where the economy is strong and the property sector is healthy and competitive. We also only choose locations where there is a big market for high-end property, locations with enough interest from high net worth individuals to help guarantee both regular tenants and appreciation.

After this it’s all down to the property itself. Our team of researchers tirelessly study the real estate landscape in these desirable locations, looking for properties at the right price that are deluxe, in a high-end district, and with the right amenities to ensure their appeal as a piece of desirable real estate. As part of this process we foster relationships with property developers and real estate agents in the area gaining preferential rates on the property and their local expertise.

Since our platform provides a way for Crowdfunders to collectively buy properties, the other factor that needs to be considered is the market as a whole; that is, when is the best time to buy, what type of properties are doing well, and what influences are affecting the market at the moment.
